Will I need to pay my co-insurance and/or deductible at the time of my visit, or will you bill me?
Orthopedic Center of Florida collects all co-payments, deductibles and co-insurances at the time of service. If you are a surgical patient, your patient financial responsibility will be collected at the pre-op appointment. If you are not scheduled for a pre-op visit, arrangements will be made prior to your surgery for any payment due.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Orthopedic Center of Florida accepts cash, checks and major credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit).

What does it mean when a physician is “fellowship trained”?
This means the physician has participated and completed an additional year of training in a specific field of interest or expertise. Fellowships are not required by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
