From US 41 to Fort Myers Office

Depending on if you are traveling north or south on US 41, you will make a left or right onto College Parkway. Continue down College until you reach Riverwalk Park Blvd and make a right. Once you are in Riverwalk, take your very first left onto Creekside Lane. We are located in the Stonegate Bank Building, which is the second building on the left.

From Summerlin Road to Fort Myers Office

From Cape Coral to Fort Myers Office

Once you cross the Cape Coral Bridge (the South bridge), the road will turn into College Parkway. From College parkway, you will take a left onto Riverwalk Park Blvd. Once you are in Riverwalk, take your very first left onto Creekside Lane. We are located in the Stonegate Bank Building, which is the second building on the left.

From Naples to Bonita Springs Office

Travel North on US 41 and you will make a right onto Health Center Blvd, just before Coconut Road and Coconut Point Shopping Center. Drive straight until you see the Bonita Community Health Center on your right.
