The physicians at OCF are proud to offer a comprehensive peripheral neuropathy clinic that combines the expertise of board certified physicians from multiple specialties.  This team offers a wide variety of treatment options and is led by our neurologist and supported by an interventional spine and pain management specialist, orthopedic hand surgeons and podiatrists.  If you are experiencing symptoms that suggest neuropathy or have questions about a previously diagnosed peripheral neuropathy we are here to help.

Peripheral neuropathy is a type of nerve problem that describes a disruption of the peripheral nervous system.  The peripheral nervous system consists of both sensory and motor neurons that send information to and from the central nervous system, which includes the brain and spinal cord.  Peripheral neuropathy can lead to pain, numbness, tingling, burning, balance problems and/or muscle weakness.  These systems can greatly interfere with one’s quality of life.  If you are experiencing symptoms that suggest neuropathy or have questions about a previously diagnosed peripheral neuropathy we are here to help.
